Agreement to These Terms

Ownership of Materials and Rights
Ownership
All intellectual property associated with the Site, brand materials, service materials, and general business content is owned by or licensed to Draxil.

Client Responsibilities for Claims
You agree to fully indemnify and hold Draxil, including its affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives, free from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Improper, unauthorised, or inappropriate use of the Services
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or data protection laws
- Legal actions or disputes connected to your use of the Services or related business activities
This obligation includes covering reasonable legal fees, court costs, and any associated expenses incurred in addressing such matters.
Draxil reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any claim. Where this occurs, you agree to provide full cooperation and timely assistance as required.
Applicable Law and Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
